CrickX Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Introduction

Welcome to CrickX. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and CrickX ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing the CrickX website, mobile app, or any related services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all services offered on CrickX, including sports betting (with a primary focus on cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, and other matches), live casino games, slots, esports, and any promotions or bonus offers that may be made available from time to time.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and CrickX.

2. Eligibility

To register and use CrickX, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. CrickX is strictly an adult platform and we do not knowingly permit minors to register or play.
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual and not on behalf of a business or third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a CrickX employee where such use would create a conflict of interest.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list that would prohibit you from accessing online gaming platforms.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

By registering, you confirm and warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

3. Your Account

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on CrickX. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a serious breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, CrickX reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login details with anyone. CrickX will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

CrickX may request identity verification documents as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. This may include a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, or proof of the payment method used. Verification may be required before processing withdrawals or at any point during your use of the platform. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

Your registered name must match the name on your payment accounts. Deposits and withdrawals must be made using accounts or wallets registered in your own name. CrickX does not accept third-party payments and will return any funds received from unverified sources.

• Keep your contact details (email, phone) up to date at all times.
• Notify us promptly if your personal circumstances change in a way that affects your eligibility to use the platform.
• Do not allow other people to access or use your account under any circumstances.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

CrickX processes all transactions in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The following payment methods are currently supported:

• JazzCash – mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Easypaisa – mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Raast – instant bank-to-bank transfers
• Bank Transfer – direct transfers from Pakistani bank accounts
• Debit & Credit Cards – Visa and Mastercard issued by Pakistani banks
• Other Mobile Wallets – as made available on the platform from time to time

There is a minimum deposit amount which is displayed on the Deposit page. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment method. CrickX does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. Before your first withdrawal, account verification must be completed. Processing times vary by method but CrickX aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the Withdrawal page.

All deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name. CrickX will not accept funds from third-party accounts and will return such funds to the source where this can be identified. Any resulting delays or losses are the sole responsibility of the player.

5. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting activity on CrickX, including cricket, PSL matches, T20 internationals, football, esports, and any other sports markets offered on the platform.

• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the system and a bet reference number is issued.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless CrickX's specific cash-out feature is available and active for that market.
• CrickX reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has started where the outcome was already known at the time of placement.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts are set per market and are displayed at the time of bet placement.

Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that will apply to your bet. CrickX is not liable for any typographical errors in odds and reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors and void bets placed at those prices.

If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport and market as published on the platform. For cricket specifically, matches that do not reach the minimum number of overs required for a result may be voided, with stakes returned to players.

Any dispute regarding a bet outcome must be raised with the CrickX support team within 30 days of the event settling. After this period, all settlements are considered final.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

CrickX offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is a breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential account suspension.
• CrickX reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be used for the specific games or betting markets indicated in the promotion terms.
• The wagering contribution of different game types (e.g., slots vs. live casino vs. sports betting) towards bonus wagering requirements may differ and is specified in each promotion's terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on CrickX. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required:

• Fraud and Money Laundering: Using CrickX to process, conceal, or launder funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets on events that you have directly or indirectly attempted to influence, or where you have inside knowledge obtained through improper means.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, casino games, or any other multi-player environment.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment reversals or chargebacks after funds have been used on the platform.
• Underage Access: Allowing or facilitating access to the platform by anyone under the age of 18.
• Offensive Behaviour: Using abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language towards CrickX staff or other players via any communication channel.

CrickX monitors accounts continuously for suspicious activity. All accounts and transactions are subject to automated and manual review processes.

8. Responsible Gaming

CrickX is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming among all players. Gaming should always be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a way to make money, solve financial problems, or cope with stress.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of play to prompt breaks.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from the platform for a defined period.
• Reality Checks: Regular pop-up reminders showing time spent and amounts wagered in a session.

CrickX does not offer credit and will not accept deposits made with borrowed money. We also reserve the right to restrict or close accounts where we have reasonable grounds to believe a player is showing signs of problem gambling, acting in their best interest.

9. Privacy & Data

CrickX collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in that policy.

• Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and is not sold to third parties.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the CrickX platform — including but not limited to the CrickX name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, and game content — is the intellectual property of CrickX or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any CrickX content without prior written permission.
• You may not use any CrickX trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without authorisation.
• Scraping, data mining, or extracting content from the CrickX platform by automated means is strictly prohibited.

Your use of the platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use CrickX services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CrickX shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the platform caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including network outages, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Any decisions you make regarding betting or gaming on the platform — all betting decisions are made solely at your own risk.

CrickX makes no guarantee of continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for losses resulting from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance periods.

12. Account Termination

You may close your CrickX account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing your account, any pending bets will be settled and remaining funds in your account will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements being met.

CrickX reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match manipulation, or any other prohibited conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe.
• At our discretion, where we consider continued operation of the account to be contrary to our business interests or legal obligations.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any funds relating to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct may be forfeited. Funds not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the player following completion of any investigation.

13. Changes to These Terms

CrickX reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the CrickX platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.
